License When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. You are not purchasing ownership of the product or its intellectual property.

No MRR / No PLR Unless a separate written license expressly states otherwise, NO Master Resell Rights, Private Label Rights, commercial redistribution rights, sublicensing rights, or ownership rights are granted.

Restrictions You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or upload our products. You may not remove branding or copyright notices, claim authorship, create competing products from our materials, or use purchased materials to train AI models or build competing prompt libraries.

All Sales Are Final Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final except where required by applicable law.

Third-Party Products Third-party products accessed through affiliate links are governed by that provider's own terms, privacy policy, refund policy, and licensing terms. OG LEGACY COLLECTIVE LLC is not responsible for third-party products or services.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
